PROSILEX manufactures two engineered silicone product lines. Both are made in-house from the same flexible silicone material platform. Specifications, sizes, finishes and pricing are available on request.

Fresnel Flexible Screen

A flexible Fresnel screen material made from silicone, designed for projection screens that need to roll. It is the only Fresnel screen material that can be rolled repeatedly, which makes it the foundation for finished motorized screens: floor-rising screens and drop-down screens that rise and retract daily.

Other Fresnel materials have limited roll life. Their microstructures fatigue under repeated rolling, which can cause cracking and gain loss — that is why they are sold as rigid panels or as bare films, not as finished motorized screens.

Typical uses include home cinema, living-room laser TV setups, and professional audio-visual installations. Optical performance data, sizes and finishes are available on request.

Silicone-Coated Fabric

A silicone-coated fabric material with the soft hand of leather, made for seating, interiors and everyday goods. It brings silicone durability and easy care to applications where leather look and feel matter.
